main features:

Ptosis

Divergent strabismus

Dilated/ Normal pupil
The eye is fixed in down and out position
Causes:
1.DM/ high BP (pupilary sparing 3rd nerve palsy)
2.Multiple sclerosis
3.Post comm art aneurysm
4.Truma
5.Tumor

4th Cranial Nerve Palsy:

Convergent strabimus

Impaired lateral movemet of the affected eyewith diplopia
Causes:
1.DM/BP
2.Raised intra cranial press
3.Multiple sclerosis
4.Acoustic neuroma
